Leaky Eavestrough Repair
When eavestroughs leak it's usually at the corners where the seams meet. This can be a hazard if the leak is on a walkway below where ice can form making it a liability in the winter. Whats required is that the pre-exisiting sealant be removed and a new sealant tooled into the area to prevent further leaks as in this case.

Eavestrough Installation
We Install 5" or 6" seamless eavestroughs in a variety of colour choices with down pipes, soffit and fascia to match. Leaf guards can also be installed.

Soffit and Fascia Repair
Soffit (the vented metal on the underside) and also fascia can at times be ripped off due to strong wind storms or because of animals such as raccoons making access at a spot that wasn't strongly installed. In this case animals did gain entry, the metal colour was matched, the j-trim fastened securely to the brick wall and the soffit re-installed.

Downspout Install
Downspouts (or down pipes) obviously take the water that collects in your eavestroughs and diverts it to just a few locations around your house and keeps water away from the foundation of the home. Sometimes they become detached from the house due to storms and ice. Other times the seam on the back of them can open up allowing water to leak out and get into the brick. Over time this can erode the brick leading to costly masonry repairs. Downspouts can be colour matched and replaced with straps that securely fasten them to the wall.
Downspouts can also be added where needed.
